Ryan jumped in to real estate full time in 2011 and hasn’t looked back since. He had the privilege of learning from one of the areas most respected agents, his father Mike Flanagan, who spent his entire career serving many families in the Joplin surrounding area. His fathers passion lives on in Ryan’s day to day dealings with his clients and team members.
Ryan focuses on residential and commercial, and his strength lies in helping families sell their homes for top dollar and using his market expertise to navigate each transaction as smoothly as possible from beginning to end.

She has been a part of the team since January 2017 and since then has built systems, organized schedules, and helped support the agents throughout the active listing and contract-to-close processes. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, painting, and spending quality time with her family and pups.

Meet your Listing Agent

This meeting is about getting to know you, your goals for selling, and to learn as much as we can about your property. We will also discuss current market conditions, marketing strategies, and answer any questions you have about the listing process at this time. We want to ensure that you feel that we are a good fit to represent you and the property you are selling.

Home Evaluation

During the home evaluation we will share research on properties recently sold or currently listed that compare most to the home you are selling. This information, along with your goals,
will help us to determine the best asking price for your home.

Preparation for Listing

This step includes staging if needed, professional photography, sign placement, and prep work to get your home on the MLS and various other sites that buyers will be searching.

Listing Launch

We start this process by promoting your home internally with our dedicated buyers team. Having multiple agents working with many buyers at any given time works to your advantage in that we are able to secure potential buyers and create interest before it even hits the market. We have other strategies we can discuss to create enough interest that can lead to multiple offer situations within the first week of listing your home. Your home will officially hit the MLS, home buying websites, promotion through social media, and will be shared with our own sphere and networked to other local agents.

Negotiating Offers

When an offer is received, we will help you navigate the negotiation process to reach an agreement on price and terms that are most advantageous to you the seller.

Under Contract

When an offer has been accepted, we will be there to help you through the entire process from inspections to appraisal, all the way up until closing. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience throughout the entire process.

Closing Day

Time to celebrate all of the effort you’ve put into getting your home ready to sell! We will sign final documents at a local title company and your home will officially be sold!
